So I've been taking a look at the Power Lotto group... and I like it so far, I'm going to use this blog as kind of an idea ground for whatever power lotto stuff I rolled up, it's likely the characters will start in tier 1 and just use the Mutants and Masterminds mechanics to increase in power
Rules:

Idea number 1: Ellery Mutton (Male) The Bullet Angel
-Energy Bullet Projection: User can create/generate and fire bullets of energy.
-Nephilim Physiology: User with this ability either is or can transform into an Nephilim: a being (most commonly one of the first generation) with both mortal and Angelic Ancestry. (User is Half-celestial/angel)
-Healing Coma:The user can enter a protective state, similar to a coma or Vegetative state, to regenerate and restore any injuries the user may have sustained. The user can't be hurt when in this state and, when they wake up, will be a the peak of their species' health.
This one just seems to make me want to create a more NSFW story, I don't know why.
Idea number 2: Lorens Haines (Male) The Man of Gold
-Magnetism Manipulation: Character is pretty much Magneto, doesn't control metal, just how it magnetizes itself
-Energetic Pressure: The users of this power are able to use their energy to cause crushing or repelling effects on a objects or area, they can also cause someone to be paralyzed by the pressure and stop moving, or even kill with their energy. The user can even cause an attack to be negated or have no effect at all. Even without the power ever coming into contact with the enemy, the user can cause the enemies to fall into a state of fear.
-Monetary Manipulation: User can create, shape and manipulate money, currency and wealth, including coinage, notes, gems/jewels and anything that is used as currency.
He can manipulate magnetism and create money, what's not to love? He can also kill you with his aura, but that tends to be a minor point.
Idea number 3: Layla Moore (Female) The one known by ponies loyal to the princesses as Change, To those who find the iron hoof rule of the princesses stifling, she is known as The Next Step
-Anthropomophism: User is able to grant non-living objects or even concepts life and anthropomorphic form/intelligence, change animals and plants into more humanoid in form and abilities and change pictures and paintings into three-dimensional beings. Generally these new beings are able to use the abilities of their former state in addition of their new humanoid skills.
-Panmnesia: Eidetic Memory, perfect memory recall
-(re-rolled) Gravity Aura: The user can surround themselves in gravity repelling or attracting anything they touch. By repelling attacks and objects user could be a walking tank. Some users can create a moderate orbit around them.
Her story has her either accidentally creating anthro ponies and objects or doing it on purpose, haven't decided yet.
I'd read it... I like Id1 better than 2 and 3...
