Found a Little Fic · 5:19am Aug 9th, 2012
I got contacted recently by another author who has recently read my fic, and found that some of the elements of his story matches my own and was worried I might take offense.
I told him I didn't mind at all if he continued writing, and have been giving him a little critiqueing. It's clear he's a newbie but he's got an interesting idea going and I'd like to see it grow.
So, here is what I'm asking of you: go to the link at the bottom of the page and give it a read. Give him a little love and encouragement to keep writing and keep improving, maybe give him a little one-on-one on how to get better.
The only thing that's kept Growing Pains going as long as it has been has been you boys and girls, and I'd hate to see him give up on his idea because he hasn't been getting the attention and help he needs. So please, go give him a look and help him just like you all have been helping me.

If you are giving it a recommendation... definitely time to go take a closer look!
glad to know that we help to keep you writing Growing Pains. After all, it is my favorite adventure story here on fimfiction

Oh so he knew about the comparison? I was reading that a while back and was gonna tell him about Growing Pains to maybe look at to draw some help for his own fic. It seemed alright. I'll give it another look.
