3465858 Nah, it's been Alex's plan to have only two seasons, with an optional movie if it came to it. Don't have the sources but he's said he wouldn't want to drag it out too long. I'm sure that in the next few episodes they WILL be able to wrap it up. Just that the next few episodes equals a few months at the rate they go. (2 episodes a month roughly unless they do a marathon)

The glass containing the rift was weak enough that some guy throwing it against the ground was enough to shatter it, but when Dipper was thrown from a high-speed UFO as it crash landed, it stayed intact? I have no clue where they got their backpacks from, but considering its apparent properties, now I need one.
