I Want To Write A Crossover With A Video Game. · 2:42am Oct 7th, 2015
Now, as to what video game, I've come to a rough decision. I'd like to write a CO with either a post-apocolyptic game (ie. BioShock), an open-world game (ie. Skyrim), or maybe a combination of both (ie. You know what this is.). Now, I'm not going to do any of the games I've mentioned, because all three have at least one crossover fic that's fairly renowned to holy-Jesus-in-my-butt popular.
I've narrowed it down to a mere two choices of Dying Light and Minecraft, which you can either support/vote for or come up with a new suggestion in the comments (YouTube much?).
So what do you guys think? Also, if you want me to, you can try to convince me to take a shot at either Skyrim, BS, or [I don't even need to say it.]
Although it'll take a long time to convince me to do the latter since it'll no doubt be interpreted as an F:E fanfic or rip-off and to even write a fanfic for that franchise I'll have to do an extensive playthrough of either F:NV or F3 neither of which I own and then I'll have to read F:E which I don't want to do since it's so long and I have a bad feeling about PipGirl.
Minecraft? I'm only voting for that because I am genuinely interested in what that would look like. As for what shall not be named I think we have quite enough of them, but I not going to complain if that is the case, safe bets right? Skyrim? haven't played elder scrolls myself but HELL YA! lets see magic, check, dragon, check, use of the northern wastes of Equestria (minus the crystal empire less you use that too) check, so basicly GOLD BABY! dying light....screw it can I just hit vote all? cant say iv read any zombie apocalypse stories yet (not that they don't exist I'm sure they do just haven't looked for them.) so yeah Minecraft GO FOR IT!!!!
