Okay guys, I saw Friendship Games last night before I went to sleep. What are my thoughts? I thought it was an amazing movie! Hasbro has really improved from the first one. Usually the sequels are worse than the originals, but not in this case. I wish Lyra had a more prominent role though. The music overall was pretty good too. Also, Crystal Prep, those guys are real assholes. I understand being competitive between two schools (If you have seen the TV show Friday Night Lights, you'll know what I mean. And also from my high school years), but this is cranking it up by 12 notches. Crystal Prep was out for blood. But still, I thought they made it work though, it made the film more interesting to me. But the principal, she made Dean Cadence look like she didn't have any power or say in Cinches ideas or plans. Cadence, SPEAK UP! I'm pretty sure Deans have more say in school matters (correct me if I'm wrong please) It was only a couple small things I thought was wrong. So, what do I give this film? I give it a 8.8/10.
So what's on today's agenda? Well, I have to go to mass today, then I have to work on some school work (an essay really. I got a good chunk of it done the other day). Hopefully, try to get some recording done. And to top it all off, its game day! Lets go Eagles. We're against the Jets today. I doubt we would have a home game with the pope in Philadelphia. He could have given them a blessing though. So yeah, it's an away game.
I have a bit of a busy schedule this week, so I probably won't be able to get too much done. But I don't think I'll have anything big next weekend, so we'll see what happens.
