I can speak again!!!!! · 1:42am Aug 6th, 2012

Oh god, you have no idea how good this feels.

Okay, quick backstory. Remember the job I was telling you about that I got? The one with good wage and guaranteed overtime. Well, they werent kidding about the overtime. I was/am working 7 days a week, open to close. Hours open at nine, close somewhere in the 10-12 range, which pretty much put me home by 1 or later. But hey, good money, most people my age are saddle with debt and don't even have a job, so who am I to complain. Eating was kinda out of the question. I always got breakfast at home, lunch was sketchy due to hours, and dinner, I was just too damn tired.

Part of the reason it took me so damn long to update. I have about 73 different favorite updates that I still don't have time to read.

Weeeeeelllllll.... turns out that vitamins and water can't sustain an immune system. That, coupled with sleep deprivation and stress led to some... complications...

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING IMAGE IN A TAD GRAPHIC.... BUT SRSLY, WE'VE ALL READ CUPCAKES AND IT ISNT THAT BAD. YOU CAN HANDLE IT.

What you are currently looking at is Candidas Esophogitis. AKA, that damn sore in my mouth that I shouldve fucking had looked at weeks ago instead of letting it spread down my mouth and into my throat. Apparently, THIS is what happens when a cold sore meets a weak immune system. No, before you ask, thats not my throat. I didnt get pictures. But thats the gist of it, and tat looks pretty dang close to it. Point is, I bled when I spoke from the sores in my mouth and I couldn't eat. So I just couldn't speak. <_<;

So, I finally get to see a doctor, he says a I have like... about 80 different sores in my mouth, and gives me the super duper painkiller and I THINK what I'm holding is an antibiotic. Not sure, they're pills the size you give to horses, but its working, cause I can speak again.

Painkiller is... well, I think he gave me horse tranquilizers. He warned me they'd knock me out. Well, I took a dose, and I was in a freaking medical coma for three DAYS. Yeah. Three freaking days Ill never get back. I missed the opening to the Olympics! Apparently I got up and was able to use the bathroom and stuff, but otherwise I just slept. I don't remember anypart of it, but apparently I needed the rest.

So, still taking the medication, and while the effects arent as dramatic, I can say this. The meds make giddy/high as hell before knocking me out. Kinda... enlightening, you know? Like everything just sparkles and is wonderful. I hate it. <_<; Im an idiot at those moments. That reminds me. DO NOT LET ME NEAR A COMPUTER when Im on the painkillers. I cannot write worth a damn. If I post anything on here, or SOL, or ANY STORY while Im under the influence, then please please please forgive me, and ignore it.

But, long story short, I can finally speak again, Im back on writing track, and Im publishing a few new stories on here. I'm also about to take the painkillers for the night...

God help me...

May God help you indeed.

i hope and pray those antibiotics assault the hell out of that infection. Good luck, and get that rest you need.

Well, glad to hear you're alright. Try not to hurt yourself while you're tranquilized, for everypony's sake, okay? Stay awesome.

... I want to read your drug induced writing.

Hope you get well man (tears up) i just don't know what this site will be without you :raritycry:

You have to write at least one story while high. You don't have to release it or anything, just something to look at when you sober. I did one when I recovered from a back injury and it'll never see the light of day. Still fun to read from time to time.
Grogar x Pinkamena... dafuq was I thinking...:facehoof:

"I'm also about to take the painkillers for the night..."
see you in three days?dl.dropbox.com/u/31471793/FiMFiction/Twilight_Sparkle_lolface.png

why did you seriously think that you could run your body on water and vitamins?:rainbowderp: that's like trying to build a brick wall with only the thing in-between the bricks (aka: no bricks)

i wouldn't mind to see what you could write while your "enlightened".

:rainbowderp:

Before this post I wasn't terrified of cold sores. I think I may be now.

It's called Mortar

And add me to the group of people who wants to see what you write when you're high as a kite

"It's called Mortar"
oh right, thanks, i was a little too eager to get back to reading

"And add me to the group of people who wants to see what you write when you're high as a kite"
there's a group for that!? i want in!dl.dropbox.com/u/31471793/FiMFiction/emoticons/sillyfilly_Twilight_Sparkle.png

272512 Agreed.
I... kind of also would like to read them... Will you write them?
Please keep writing, I'll keep reading

You got those quarter sized $180 pills? I had to take them before. And your not aloud to break them in half either.

YOU SHOULD MAKE A FIC OUT OF THE EXPERIENCE!

Now I feel like a dick for complaining over jaw surgery. :fluttercry: I only had a misaligned jaw, not 80 something sores throughout my mouth! Glad to know you're feeling better and I hope things continue going good for you.

*hugs in sympathy*

How will we know if your in the everything just sparkles phase? :derpyderp2:
And I don't see why you should not right like that it would be interesting to see what your brain does then.:pinkiecrazy:
You can make it a life/experience thing of it.

Hope you get well soon and that you look out for you health a little better in the future.

Ooof. :pinkiesad2: Well, glad to hear you're over the worst of it.

You have my sympathy man. I had my wisdom teeth out last week, and while you sound like you're having more problems than I am, I know what you mean about those painkillers. Not only have I been sleeping almost 16 hours a day, but I've been having these weird dreams.
Hope you get better soon! :twilightblush:

Hot damn that's nasty. Best of luck to you sir! Rest up (or dose up)
