So something I've been dying to start for months is around the corner. I can hardly wait because this is the real beginning of the story I've wanted to tell all along, but I'm also kinda intimidated because this is the real beginning of the story I've wanted to tell all along.
I was gonna wait until Saturday to announce this, but I'm sick of waiting (plus I miss you all so much 
)
My next story is going to be called Finding Home and is the direct sequel to Inner Strength 
I'm gonna start writing it after I see Friendship Games (like, immediately after) and the first chapter will be posted Saturday October 3rd. From there I'll be updating weekly, every Saturday. It should run for about four months.
The description I've got so far:
After discovering the magic of friendship Sunset Shimmer's senior year was one of the happiest times of her life. But it's been almost two years since graduation and her friends have moved on to studying abroad, to promising careers, to starting families.
Sunset decides with nothing left to keep her in the human world it's time to go back where she belongs, only to find that returning home is different than finding one.
You may notice a distinct lack of Twishy in that description (I know why you're here 
). I'm still working on the description, and Twishy will definitely play a major part of this story, although Sunset is the main character.

What with Friendship Games and Made in Manehattan coming up, not to mention new Steven Universe if you watch that show (and if you don't I suggest reevaluating your life choices) I'm sure the wait will be a short one
Oh, this sounds brilliant! It's sad to see Sunset and Fluttershy didn't get together in the human world (or did they? DUN DUN DUN!), but it'll be brilliant to see Sunset trying to return to a world where she has avoided for so very long, and the most adorable couple ever has to help her find her place again. Awesome!
Now I've said it, I really want to see Sunset come to Equestria for an episode. It'll be awesome to see her pony form again

That would be so great, to see Sunset return in the show. Or maybe to pop up in the 2017 movie. The writers have been pretty dismissive about her being in the show, but nobody's said anything about the movie, so we can always hope
