Birthday Thoughts

Today I grow another year older, which means this crazy lady on the internet is now twenty-three! Looking back on it my life has kinda gone by in a flash. I think my mind hasn’t even caught up with my age, I still find myself waking up on a Monday thinking about not wanting to go to school before realizing I’ve been out of high school for five years! Twenty-three sounded far away when I was still a small squirt, but now that I’ve reached it, I feel like it wasn’t far away enough. Or maybe that’s just me feeling old, which is insane since I’m practically still wet behind the ears! Maybe it’s that I’ve done and experienced so much in my young life, that I feel older because of it? Well however it works out, I’ve had an amazing life so far. I’ve gone on fantastic adventures, met so many wonderful people, and found the love of my life. I may only be twenty-three, but that just means I have more time to experience life in all its wonder.
