The School for New Writers is still alive and kicking and we have a new way to share some writing tips with you in the form of a monthly discussion video cast between some of our professors. This first month's post can be found here and covers a variety of topics from "How to make Characters More Realistic" to "How to show not tell a landscape" and several others in between.

Some of our other recent topics include a post on exposition tools by Bluegrass Brooke and a lecture on A Tool for Authors: DO IT WRONG ON PURPOSE! by Piquo Pie.
So remember, if you want to try to improve your writing consider FIMFiction's own School for New Writers, one of the largest groups on the site.
