Alrighty, finally found some spare time to read these thangs, so let's get to it! It was fun reading the various types of stories submitted, and as much as I'd like to give everyone first place, we all know that wouldn't work out too well. Besides, I only have one first place prize!
I did not judge the authors based off of their writing skill level, their grammar, or anything technical like that. Instead, I judged each story for what it was and the tale that it told, giving each contestant a fair shot at winning. And also for cuteness.

Third Place: Scientific Progress Goes Crash by Drax
Experiment 247: Day 1
Subject of study: Why does Rainbow Dash keep crashing into my library?
Hypothesis A: She thinks it’s fun. Disproved because Rainbow prefers staying in the air and hates helping me clean up.
Hypothesis B: She’s clumsy Rainbow is extremely graceful in the air
Hypothesis C: None . . .Further study needed.
Mini Review:
I enjoyed reading this story! It was kinda funny watching Twilight 'stalk' Rainbow through the use of magic, and if I'm not mistaken, the title of the story references Calvin and Hobbes, one of my favorite comics from when I was younger. The one nitpick that I have with it is that it could have easily turned into a shipfic, and TwiDash is awesome. Anyways, like I said, this was a good story. I recommend reading it.
Second Place: Love and Music by derpystarlet77
Rarity needs to help Lyra prepare for her first date. Lyra needs to figure out what love is.
Mini Review:
Remember how they say you can't judge a book by its cover? Well, here on fimfiction, you cannot judge a story by its rating and this story is a clear example of that! In this one, Lyra needs help with practicing for a date so she turns to Rarity. I won't ruin the surprise for you, so go check it out! ^^
First Place: You Have Made Your Bed by Syntavant
Twilight asks Rainbow if they can move their reading session from the library over to the cloud house. Snuggling ensues.
Mini Review:
This story was written in a way that piqued my interest. It's kinda hard to describe, and though it breaks up the flow of the story slightly, it wasn't bad that I had to stop reading. It was written well, the ending was pretty darn cute, and I think is deserving of the first place prize.
So I didn't win, ah well, at least I got something published in the end XD.

I liked your story! I don't see a whole lot of good stories that really accentuate Luna's sister aspect. Kinda sad that it didn't win. Good luck next time. If there is one. Good luck with your writing in general!
