News concerning Code Lyoko EG (It's good news, don't worry) · 5:46pm Aug 19th, 2015
I'm really into this story, as is everyone else it seems. I've decided that to keep it going I'm going to not only devote most of my time to this story (with maybe some other ones on the side) but I'm guaranteeing all of you at least one new chapter/episode of Code Lyoko EG per week. I've figured out basically where the story is going to go for the most part, so anything else is open to change along the way, which is how I prefer it.
I also figured out how to tackle Franz Hopper and the William Saga. I think you'll all be pleasantly surprised with the direction this story is going.
I'm not going to give any hints, as I want all of you to be surprised with how I do this.
PS: The new episode of Code Lyoko EG will be put up sometime later today, unless Skyrim calls me too hard, then it'll premier tomorrow at noon.
PPS: If I could one day get a TV Tropes page for this story I would be so happy. I don't expect that to happen at all until much later if ever, but it would make me smile.
I REALLY enjoyed the newest chapter.... and honestly it shows something that's bothered me. Why SHOULDN'T XANA make more clones like it did with Jeremy that one time? Try and use them to get close to Aelita so they can kill her that way? Seems kinda... I dunno. DUMB to me.
There are a couple of reasons.
1) XANA already saw how that plan didn't work the first time, and he never does the exact same plan twice.
2) Making clones like that would mean XANA has to figure out what to do about the original, and would thus waste time.
3) He doesn't know how to emulate humanity perfectly, so the clones would be obvious unless they're inside a virtual sphere or he's really strong like he is later in the show.
Awesome. Can't wait for thd William Saga. This is just me, but I can actually see either Sunset or Lightning Dust playing William, mainly because I see Rainbow as Ulrich. I await the next chapter.
3331811 All good points, but XANA eventually gained enough power to influence people directly. Why not use that as a way to deal with the original and replace with clones or just use the original like a puppet, like with William?
3331961 In terms of the Ulrich, that spot is held by both Applejack and Rainbow Dash, so take that as you will.
New chapter today and news that there will be a new chapter once a week schedule permitting? ....You're five days late from my birthday....but I like these gifts.
