Soooooo I was writing today and in chapter 8, we delve a little bit into the mind of the most difficult character I have to write: Skitz. As I was planning Skitz backstory and what not I started thinking about her cutie mark (which was originally two screaming faces connected at the muzzle) and I decided that I didn't like that because, even though it's symbolic of what Skitz actually is (which you will find out in this chapter) I couldn't figure out how the hell it would get there. Also changed some minor things around that I have planned for her eventual backstory reveal but that doesn't matter because none of you know anything of that yet! Anyhow, tldr, I changed Skitz cutie mark to a full moon. Why? You will find out eventually. The moon has ties to her character but I would be incredibly impressed if anyone was able to figure out what it is (she is not a werewolf...that would be weird) There is a big scene involving Skitz in the next chapter. I think pretty much everyone will love it and you'll all go "OHHHHHH I should have been able to figure that out" but I'll be surprised if anyone guesses it. Will probably change how a lot of people view the character and this is also the reason why Skitz is the hardest character to write. Sugar and Scar are relatively easy. Sortilege is slightly more difficult but I have a good idea of what I want to do with her so not too much so. Sandy and Rock and Rise N' Shine can be hard but I manage. Skitz though. Her characterization is phenomally important to me. She has to be perfect in the way I am writing her. I cannot fuck her up or I will be very mad at myself. You'll all see what I mean. Ta ta for now! 
Full moon? Makes me think it's either nightmare moon (or just the nightmare) reincarnated or pricess luna has mutated.... A LOT.
