It was just a few short days ago that I joined FIMFiction, so I'm still discovering new features practically every day. Today's new feature discovery happened to be Groups.
As I was browsing the Groups, I was amazed by the huge variety! Genre-based groups! Character-centered groups! Author support groups! But one category in particular stood out to me: Shipping groups!
Seriously, there are groups for every ship under Celestia's sun! Do you ship Cheese Pie? They've got that! Do you ship Fluttercord? They've got that! Do you ship Flashlight? Pleasantly surprisingly, they've even got that! Do you ship Chrysombra? Well, they haven't got that, but . . . wait, WHAT?!?
No Chrysombra Group?
Shockingly enough, it was true! But why? I've seen enough Chrysombra fan art and YouTube tributes to know that it couldn't be that there aren't enough fans. And I've seen enough Chrysombra shipfics on this very website to know that it's not that such fics don't exist. Could it be, quite simply, that no Chrysombra fan had ever taken the initiative to establish a Group?
