Who let the cat out of container... she needs her water and vitamin F...
Oh hi everypony. Hope you're all doing okay. Don't mind me, I'm just tired. Typing this up at eleven o' cock! clock at night is making me a bit coockoo and crazy. (Mind the crazy!) Just put an asterisk on this and we can all have some fun... I don't know what that is supposed to mean, but hey! It lightens the mood.
So where was I? Oh right, yeah. Just letting you know, I've been doing well ever since I got through a Deviated Septum surgery, so all in all, everything is much better than it was beforehand. (Those first seven days were excruciating. I'd thought I would never be able to breath again.) Thank goodness for that... but now I have to drown myself whenever my nose gets stuffed up and that is not fun. (Trust me, if you've ever smelled the combination of mucus and blood, it is not a good mix, especially if you're pouring antibiotic liquids and plugging your nose holes. That stench is worse than quite a few things I've smelled before, and trust me on this, it would make you gag. (Thankfully only once... that is enough. Anymore times and I would just wish death upon me.)
But enough about me, what about my stories. As I promised, I would focus on The True Nightmare's sequel to the second story, The Hunt. Now it is taking longer than I expected and I do apologize for this, but life can be rather distracting. Especially since I'm literally about ready to begin my first year of college. So yes, that and the availability of my proofreader is not as much as I would like. (But he has a life too, so that is something I can not get in the way of.) Other than that, the story is coming along quite nicely. The execution is very nice and I do certainly like where everything is going. (On top of that note, again, this is the longest of the soon to be three stories, so that is also taking sometime.) And again, if I cannot get into the mood to write, then that also hinders my ability to write both correctly and make sure there are no mistakes. (Even though I know I'll mistakes, I'd rather not make a ton for my proofreader to constantly look over. Fewer mistakes means less time working on the bits of each chapter to help focus on the more important stuff of the chapter.)
But other than that, there is something coming along the way. What is that you might ask, well there is one thing I shall share with you all... but not at the moment. Another time perhaps?
But there is an image I am willing to share with those who have read this story. Can you guess who this is? (Well of course they can, the name of the character is literally on the screen!)
My thanks go out to Quillin Words for drawing a face to this pony's name. (And can possibly imagine how thrilled I was when I saw this?) Let us just say that it felt like I died and traversed over to a new realm of euphoria. But my thanks go to this fellow artist/reader of the story. I thank him for his work and will continue to thank him for his later work. That is all for now, but I do hope you all are waiting just as patiently as Quillin is. The story is about ready to be released, all I need is a coverart for this story and a good one at that. Hopefully there is an artist on Deviantart or here on FIM that is willing to lend a hand. That, however, is all in good time.
(But what was it that I was also going to let you see, you may be asking? Well, let us just say that you, the readers, shall get a "Preview" to what is in store for this series.) That is all I am revealing, however. Till next time... and always remember my friends... sweet dreams.
