This isn't related to MLP, but I just had to get some things off my chest about all of the things that go down in this nation.
I have seen things on Facebook that I never want to see happen again. A hispanic couple and their son were brutally insulted by a racist bigot, angry over the fact that they spoke spanish. Things aren't looking good for our future as a whole. America is the land of the free, and the home of opportunity. NOT a place of racial hatred, homophobes marching in the streets, planned parenthood hoaxes, and racially-motivated shootings. Sometimes I feel that we would be better off in the STONE AGE. The Republican leaders (IE-Trump) are trying to destroy pretty much everything good the POTUS has done for america. Now, because they don't understand the power of Photoshop, they are waging WAR against planned parenthood in Congress. I thought we were a first-world nation. NOT a cesspool of blood, bullets, bias, and bullcrap. Things HAVE TO CHANGE.
Don't even get me started on the racially charged shootings that happen very frequently in this nation. At least ONE murdering cop is being charged. (I respect the police and the work they do. It's when they shoot unarmed black people without cause and fabricate lies to cover it up that doesn't make them respect them.)
