New TLaTU Chapter Release and Story Launch Tomorrow · 3:16am Aug 3rd, 2015
Good news, folks... the Firefly side story is launching tomorrow, along with the next TLaTU chapter to lead into it. 
Slight change in plans from what I said before: the side story will focus on Firefly alone and is named "Before the Storm: The Rise of Firefly". It will be a T-rated sword-and-sorcery war epic intended for wider audiences than either TLaTU or Five Star Service, detailing the story of her rise, her founding of the group that would one day become the Wonderbolts, and the coming of the Gryphon War. Four chapters are ready, and there's even some bonus material to describe the structure of the Equestrian military at the time.
This wasn't even on the radar a month ago, but given the more prominent role she's had in the last couple TLaTU chapters, Leo and I decided her story deserved to be told properly. This was the result. Both it and the new TLaTU chapter should be posted by tomorrow evening. Enjoy!
