    Watch (This) Space

    Hello everyone!

I've been gone on hiatus for a few years. I stopped watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic in the middle of the seventh season. But a few months ago, my interest was rekindled. And the last two seasons were fantastic. The high point, for me, is the new characters -- the Student Six -- who breathed fresh life into the show.

The biggest news for fans of Fallout: Equestria this week is the release of the fourth episode of the radio play by our amazing and talented friends in the Equestrian Broadcasting Company! For those of you who haven't seen it yet, I'll be adding the video at the end of the blog.

Speaking of amazing, the Wasteland Wailers recently graced us with another new song, "Mail It In". Check it out below!

 :derpytongue2:

(I'll admit, I've had another of the Wasteland Wailers' songs, "Fly Like You", stuck in my head again for the last three days.)

For the last few months, The Manehattan Project has been working on a new version of Crazed Rambling's Fallout: Equestria audiobook, adding in bits that were left out of the original such as the chapter headings, quotes and footnotes. As part of that project, Corvus created his own version of Applejack's and Applesnack's song, which he has titled "This Coming Storm". This song will also be featured on the radio station in the Fo:E adventure mod "Gardens of Equestria" that The Manehattan Project is making for Fallout: New Vegas.

Please take a moment to thank these and all the other wonderful bronies who are continuously sharing their wonderful talent with the community. :raritystarry:

Which leads me to my questions for you this week:

My next blog will be my 100th blog, and I'd like to do something special for it. So I'd like to hear from you as to what that should be. What do you think my 100th blog should be about?

Additionally, the idea that I am most contemplating right now is a "thank you" blog that shows off some of the amazing works that I haven't yet featured. What songs, art or other Fallout: Equestria-related works do you think should get a moment in the spotlight next week?

Please let me know below.

And finally, as promised:

More songs and another chapter of FoE radio play? Today is a good day.

How about these?

Gotta love the Wasteland Wailers'

I remember that I saw a video that was basically Nowacking singing Green Day's Boulevard of Broken Dreams and the video also had a bunch of Fo:E fan art. I can't seem to find the video though.

I was gonna suggest the same thing, but you beat me to it.

Oh talk about how some Bronies are expanding the Fo:E universe. I haven't seen too many, so much to read, but personally I have pushed my story's west of Equesria and into the western ocean. It's where the remnants of the Equestrian Navy, after 200 years, have become zealot pirates. Or the Marewaii Islands, were the air itself is too toxic to breath, but in the Metro, a society of a new type of ponies have managed to not only survive, but thrive.

If I may make a suggestion, for your 100th blog you could display all of your favorite Fallout Equestria related content. You could even tells us your opinion on each one, give some of your fans the chance to check out some other work if they haven't already seen it. :moustache: Better yet you could show us some of the games, movies or other works that helped inspire your story outside of Fallout. :twistnerd:

As for what content you should put in the spotlight, sorry, but I have no clue. :twilightblush:

For your 100th blog post, I want you to announce that you're currently writing The Search for Harmony. :ajsmug:

A mega-dump of everything FoE-related that you think deserves attention. It'll be kind of a milestone to tie everything together in one place - let otherwise disparate parts of the fandom connect with each other.

I believe for your 100th blog, you should describe your life before you became widely known.

I love Fly Like You, the instruments, the lyrics, and the execution just seem perfect.

For the 100th blog post anything could work.

A thank you blog would be great, as would one talking on inspirations when writing Fallout: Equestria or some interesting headcanon.

Weeeell...

The 100th blog post should be a celebration. I'd love to see something like a very short story, or a setting idea, like that - it's something you've done before on this blog so it wouldn't be out of place.

It'd be cool to see a compilation of all the fan-made Fo:E stuff that newcomers might have missed. Artwork, videos, songs, that sort of thing.

Other than that I imagine you'll add whatever is fitting for the post, I don't know.

I look forward to it!

hi hi

I'm not sure what I could say that hasn't already been said or done. I would bake a bunch of cake for everyone if there were any way to dispense it. (Not that there needs to be a reason to bake cakes... :pinkiehappy: )

A far as blog stuff goes, there are still a number of minor characters that I sometimes wonder what happened to them, in a Fallout Epilogue style if nothing else. Whatever became of Monterrey Jack's kids? Did the hellhound turned pony ever survive? Also, what was Jokeblue's story? Not a very big deal though.

Maybe you could do a reverse Q&A, and get quotes from the public all documentary style? No idea if that would actually work...

If you're looking for a celebration, maybe we could organize some big online event? I've seen people do this in the past, where they find some free to play game and invite everyone to make new characters just for one night, and just basically have a big party, rolling through the starter zone with a huge party train, or testing out the various dance emotes. Anyway, it's just an idea.

Come to think of it, I've always wondered how Calamity ended up as a cyberpony in the Afterwords chapter.

for the 100th blog post, sequel announcement.

...

but really, I'd like to see some sort of creative writing for it.

"Fly Like You" is an amazing song and one that I really like having stuck in my head. Overmare Studios is amazing in all they do.

There's definitely a story in there waiting to be sussed out. :ajsmug:
