What up, everypony? Sorry I've been away and almost 100% incommunicado, but a lot of stuff has been happening to me lately. I have a motorcycle now, baseball season is in full swing (which eats up plenty of time, but that's sports, man)—but that's all so much riff-raff. Here's the meat of what matters to you all:

I have a new job, wherein I am a manager for a manufacturing plant. This is awesome for MANY reasons, most of which have to do with no longer working under the supervisors I was before and doing the work I was before. Having an actual business in my charge is intimidating at times, but no one looks over my shoulder and judges my methods. My days have been kept very busy since January, and I'm really just now starting to really swing into the groove of being in charge of things and keeping work flowing smoothly. Also, being the old guy in the office is a weird (though not unwelcome) change to get used to.

The real upshot to all this is that I am not dead, as some may have interpreted, nor have I decided to retire with the few laurels I had collected from my first story under this name. In point of fact, I find that I'm actually writing again, albeit slowly and as the workload allows. It won't be much like Room 219. For one, the main story will only be T-rated. My current idea is actually an HiE (I know, I know...), which has been done to death and back, but I was encouraged to just go for after griping about several very good ideas handled very poorly in other fictions. If anybody out there is interested in prereading/storycrafting for me, please comment or PM (writers preferred, please). My previous storymate—while long-suffering and wonderful to work with—has an understandable allergy to two-legged stories, so I find myself diving into this solo at the moment. I'm not worried about the editing side, but I could really use someone with good writing chops to bounce ideas off of. Also, an artist might potentially be awesome, but I'm at least a few weeks away from publishing, so there's not really a rush.

Anywaaaaay, sorry for being away for so long. I honestly wasn't sure if I'd be able, or even willing, to write anymore, but I want to give it a shot again. I'm also wondering if it's worth pulling some of my older stuff onto this account as well. Not too sure about that one at this point.
