They are THE WORST. I'm so pissed off at my brother right now.
There is a fine line between caring and being jealous, and simply being rude and hurting someone's feelings
And he crossed that line today...
I took a selfie with a guy-friend to tell my friends I'm using snapchat again, and I sent it to all my contacts so I can get snapps again, also to my brother.
And then when I came home he said he knows that I gladly go everywhere with the guy just because I want to show to people that there is actually someone who wants me........
Like, what the actual buck? I'm not shallow, and it hurts that this airhead believes that...Maybe I should be a lonely catlady after all
Any advices on how to deal with a jealous little brother?
Tell him how you feel I guess, it seems like he does love you and once he understands that he's hurting you he'll stop.

As a former 'Protective Brother' I can see where he's coming from. Way back when, I would lose sleep over it sometimes. It's weird. I was never a dick about it, I figured she would do what she wants if I like it or not. I just had faith she wouldn't fuck up and let her make her own choices. Just remind him its his job to catch you when you fall, not keep you in a glass jar.
I assume he's young, under 23. That's about the age where my sister an I started to 'get along'. I don't know if it's helpful but he should mellow out in time.
