Due to my slower update schedule for Astral Aegis, I might have enough free time to either make a return to Azure Memories, where I will first clean it up (which it badly needs) before continuing the story. Or... I could start a brand new story, one that would take a lot of world building, the making of a full blown OC cast with antagonists. I'm honestly divided between which path to take, and either one would have a plot line I have in mind for them. So, I decided that instead of dealing with the stress of choosing one, I let my fans decide instead. However, bare in mind that Astral Aegis will be my primary focus since it has an update schedule that I would like to keep to, so whichever story my fans want to vote on will be updated at my leisure.
Details on what the second story is here though, underneath a spoiler tag for those that want some sort of surprise if desired.
The story would follow the three humans turned ponies, thrust into a world that ain't Equestria nor Earth. Of the main cast, none of them would be near one another at first, isolate in a wild world along with other humans turned into ponies as they struggle to not only survive in this world, but find out what, or who, cause this change to them. These humans will come from a world that knows about MLP, but not all of those that were turned into ponies would be a fan or know of the show. Mysteries will arise as they come across things that unnatural, things neither made by humans or related to the magic of Equestria.

Clean up Azure Memories. It will help with your writing over all to go back to that story and fix any errors it has. The new story can wait till your writing has improved through this little exorcise.

Well, I haven't read Azure Memories yet because i thought it was going to be one of those stories that never finishes. I really liked the premise, but I hate reading stories without a end, so my vote is to finish Azure Memories.
P.S. I like the new story's premise as well, but I like Azure Memories's premise more, so my vote stays with it. I will probably still read the new story if you ever write it after finishing Azure Memories though.
Haven't read Azure Memories, but that New Story concept sounds fun. I vote for it :3Actually, now that I think about it, fixing up Azure Memories will probably help in the long run, and you're less likely to burn out -- I'm changing my vote to Azure Memories.
My vote is for the new. Realistically looking at the vote count you're probably going for the old though.
One word of caution. Don't George Lucas it. I've seen authors lose their drive to move forward by obsessing over getting past works "perfect". It can't be done, and if you try you'll work ceaselessly and probably end up with something not as good as the original. Go into it with clear goals on exactly what cleanup and improvement you want to make and, most importantly, have a clear stopping point.
I'd consider maybe mixing actual ponies and actual humans, but I mean I might just be hoping someone who can write will replace Quantum Castaways since it seems to have died
New fic could be seen as a way to take a break from existing characters... Which sometimes is needed.
Memories could be used to help develop characters more than you can afford to use in the main story?
I haven't read memories so I'm going to pass on this vote.
