Hi everyone! Long time no see! Very long time...
Well, at this point I get that most people following my account on here are doing so to get major updates to Shattered Kingdom, the MLP tactical RPG I'm in charge of the development of. Well, we just hit a major milestone, and I thought you guys should know: our first playable demo! This demo is a more complete version of the content shown off at last year's BronyCon panel, and while there are a few bugs, it is still completely playable, and it's my understanding that all of the game crashing/ruining ones are gone.
You can download it at http://alicorngames.tumblr.com/. I suggest using the google docs link to download the demo, the dropbox one often goes down because of too much traffic.
Once you download the demo, you're going to want to also download the overlay files as well. Both files work like a .zip file, where you double-click to extract and it opens up a folder in the destination. The overlay folder has to be extracted second, and into the graphics folder of the demo. We're working on a way to make it so you don't have to do this in the future.
For anyone still following me simply for fanfiction, I'm mostly done with that now. I may come back to it in a distant future, but right now I'm just focused on school, Shattered Kingdom, Legends of Equestria, and life in general. You probably figured that by the extended hiatus, but now I've gone and said it, at least.

FUCK WHY DID I TAKE A WEEK BREAK FROM CHECKING MY UPDATES RIGHT BEFORE YOU FUCKING MAKE THIS ANNOUNCEMENT!! GOD DANMIT!!
at least it wasn't a month break like previous times! (for some reason a few months ago taking a month break left me with +200 notifications , now taking a week break generates 300+ notifications.....)

ok so im trying the game out right now , had a couple stalled starts but the game is running , only it's not fully running as it's supposed to be i don't think , the movement and frames are very sluggish , i can't see any reason for why this would be though , the game is only ever using 15% of my cpu at most , and i swear i've seen a couple times now where the game ran smoothly like it's supposed to but only for a second , help?....
