Update on the status of AppleShy the series and others. · 9:21pm Jul 27th, 2012
-As many of you may or may not know, I've lived in the Middle East since last August (Doha, Qatar). Living here has left me with terrible wifi and finishing out my high school years in Online School. Now it has become my biggest priority in my life to pass High School, which I was getting pretty far behind in. I will be graduating in late September. I am currently in the process of moving back to the USA (Next Thursday) and getting settled back in the USA. I will have to look for a job and a LOT more, it does not seem very likely that I will that much time to write. However, I will try.
-I have changed on my positions of favorite characters and pairings since the last time I updated a fanfiction here. LyraBon is my favorite shipping now and when I am able to, I will write additions to the pairing beyond "What if..?". I am currently finishing an epilogue for "What if..?" BETTER LATE THAN NEVER, Huh?
-AppleShy is still on a hiatus because I really don't have much of a plan for the continuation of the series. I don't have any big ideas for a longer story addition, but I will brainstorm. That's if anyone actually cares about me adding to it, since it's been so long
-I really regret not being able to continue writing as often as I had, I can only imagine how many followers I would have by now...but I need to pass high school, and writing fanfiction was one thing getting in my way, that's for sure.
I will start writing more as I continue with school, I promise. Hopefully I will develop a good premise for AppleShy and continue from there. i will brainstorm with my friends who have helped with it before.
Look out for the What if epilogue, it'll be uploaded before Wednesday, I hope.

Gosh. Ever since i read your Appleshy story i hoped that there comes more (especially after "A Slip of Tongue"). I like this Shipping and the Story even more and i think its probably one of the best, if not THE best, Appleshy Story. Well at last the longest. It would be a real shame to let it end like this, after all the work you put into it. Even if you dont want to continue the story it definitely deserve some sort of ending (Time-skip 1-2 Years later, Wedding, etc...). Sorry when everything sound stupid but im not good with words, especially when they are not my first language (would explain why my own attempt in wrighting a story was such a completely disaster).

I do want to continue AppleShy, I still love the pairing, it's a matter of inspiration and originality. I feel if I were to write it right now, it may not be a very interesting story. There's not much I can really write that I haven't written already.
I will write additions to it and hopefully as soon as possible!
Well, Appleshy being on hiatus has given me enough time to actually catch up on it, so it's kind of a good thing for me that you haven't had ideas for it... but that's just me being selfish.
And I know how you feel. High School is hard enough to pass without having to keep your fans satiated with writing. Also, living in the Middle East... I know that whenever I visit Thailand (Which is in Asia, not the ME, but who cares, same difference.) I have a terrible time getting good internet when not at a resort... which is almost always.
But, all I can say now is...

I also draw a lot of ponies for my DA, so I really have a lot to keep up with when it comes to contributing to this fandom. Not to mention, I manage 3 Pony pages on Facebook with over 1,000 likes (One is getting close to 5k). Being in this fandom is busy work!

I mostly just write, so that's a bit of work.
But throw that in with drawing classes, cello practice, and numerous Facebook pages for numerous fandoms, it really slows me down when I try to do HS stuff like, say... Homework.
