Obscure shipping family! I even wrote the story behind it!

Moondancer did her best to be more extraverted after Twilight apologized. Although she still liked to study, she was often out with her friends. She stopped wearing her ugly old sweater since she spent more time outdoors. Moondancer began to aspire to be a science teacher at Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns. Specifically, she wanted to be the astrononmy teacher.

One day, Moondancer and her friends went to a hoofball game at the stadium. They four of them ordered hayburgers and fries to eat during the game. Being a unicorn, Moondancer used her magic to hold her hayburger. During a particularly exciting play, Moondancer began to cheer and accidentally lost her grip on her hayburger. It fell right onto the stallion next to her! She apologized immiediatly and helped him clean it up.

The stallion introduced himself as Star Bright. During the rest of the game, Moondancer and Star talked. She was delighted to discover Star was as interested in astronomy as she was. Star offered to help her become a teacher. Moondancer accepted the offer. The two of them began meeting up to talk and study astronomy. During these meetups, Moondancer always considered him a friend. Star was even more knoweledable about stars than she was, and sometimes would boast about it. Moondancer didn't mind, she just made it a goal to learn even more.

After a couple years, the old teacher retired and Moondancer was accepted as the new Astronomy Teacher, with special thanks to a recomendation letter from Twilight Sparkle. Moondancer assumed this would be the end of her astronomy sessions with Star. Minuette, however, had other plans. She suggested Star hang out with the entire friend group every Saturday. By the end of the semester, Moondancer realized this wasn't going to work out. She hated to admit it, but she was jealous her friends were spending as much time with Star as she was. More time, even, since on more than one occasion she'd stay home to grade papers. Moondancer realized she had fallen in love. She wouldn't rest until she knew if her feelings were recipricated.

Over winter break that year, Moondancer insisted Minuette, Lemon Hearts, and Twinkleshine spend the holidays in Ponyville with Lyra. She spent the rest of break hanging out with Star. They'd have hot cocoa together, go sleigh riding, and ice skate. On Hearth's Warming Eve, Moondancer gave him a first edition copy of Principles of Magic. Star gave her a brand new pair of glasses. Moondancer was ecstatic, and confessed that she liked him. Star admitted her had begun to feel the same way, too.

Star and Moondancer dated until the end of the school year, then married that summer. Minuette, Lemon Hearts, Twinkleshine, Lyra, and Twilight were her bridesmares. Their first children, a set of twins, were born the following summer.

Lunar Eclipse, the colt, was the oldest by five seconds. He adored astronomy just like his parents. Lunar aspires to be an artist and paint wonderful astronomical events like eclipses. His twin sister, Moonshine, wasn't as excited about astronomy. She was always annoyed by her brothers' antics, and when she got older she began to pursue a career in glassblowing.

A year and a half later, their next son, Reflection, was born. Reflection was a night owl and rarely cried as a foal. He has a way of bringing out the best in other ponies. He wants to be a gardener in the Canterlot gardens when he gets older.

Moondancer and Star were astonished when the next pregnancy a year later turned out to be twins, Phoenix and Ember. Ember needed glasses early on, which helped distinguish him from his nearly identical brother. The twins are the mischif makers, and when they were little they accompanied Moondancer to work on most days because they can't be trusted anywhere else.

The family moved to a bigger house on the other side of the stadium when Moondancer became pregnant again. When the colt was born, Moondancer and Star decided to stop using astronomical named. They named their youngest son Strawberry Float, after his pinkish colors. Strawberry likes going to hoofball games with his parents.

Now, Lunar Eclipse and Moonshine are getting ready to move out of the house. Although she hasn't told her family yet, Moonshine wants to move to Rainbow Falls. Lunar wants to put his artistic career on hold and join the royal guard. Reflection, Phoenix, and Ember attend Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns.
