As the title says, I'm off to Japan for a week as part of a university thing. Journalism unit, about media pop culture soft power and media, media tourism and all that sort of thing. Which means I get to spend a week with 10 other people going to all the cool places in Tokyo! Flying out tomorrow at midday, then sitting in Sydney for seven hours waiting for an overnight, ten hour flight to Tokyo. Bleh, maybe I'll spend some of that empty time writing...speaking of which...
In all likelihood, I'll be putting my writing on hold for the next week and a half or so. I may get some writing, but between exams and the essay I needed to finish to be able to go on this trip, I've not gotten heaps done anyway. Once I get back, of course, I'll pop right onto it! Aiming for an update to Treacherous Mists not long after I get back, and a new chapter of Harmony of the Force as well not long after.

Have fun in Tokyo Auto, I know that I loved my vacation there a few years ago. Here's a tip, never ever catch a cab... their prices are exorbitant. The rail pass for their trains is a much better choice.
