So a new friend,KeiSetsureki , and I collabed on a story and she has just submitted it!
A friend of mine, who does not have a Fim account, edited and proofread it.
This is big for me because besides that tiny piece I did in a blog ages ago, this is the first price of (hopefully going to be) published writing writing that I took part in. So I'm very excited! 
How long do stories usually take to get through approval anyways? 
I am very excited to see your first story get published.
I'm not sure how long it takes to get approval though. Maybe a few minutes, the longest would be an hour in my opinion.

No, the longest I've seen is over a day. Remember, an actual person has to read it
Story approval time really depends on what time of the day that you post it, and can range from several minutes to several hours if most of the approvers are offline or otherwise away.
Kind of unpredictable, really.

3176017 It's taken me up to 12+ hours. On average, an hour to three hours for me. Fastest time was maybe 30 minutes?
