Longer or Shorter?

Hello to all of the four people who are following my webpage! Welcome to yet another blog post.

Currently I'm struggling with an issue that I have been struggling with Longer vs shorter chapters. If you can't tell by my stories I like longer chapters that contain more fleshed out details because to me it feels more like a novel format. However many of my proofreaders states that longer chapters can seem daunting at times, especially for longer stories and have recommended dividing my chapters in half to make them shorter.

Given that I'm at an impasse I thought that it would be better if I asked you, my loyal viewers. Would you prefer me to divide my chapters in half and submit the two parts separately or do you enjoy the longer chapters and want them to remain the same? PM me or simply reply to let me know how you feel about the chapters and what you personally prefer.
