A fun little Fan Project I did · 1:51pm Jun 20th, 2015

(I made my own A Moment on the Couch with Dr. Wolf with my own internet personality that I'm working on. Please enjoy Dr. Wolf Fans and hopefully Dr. Wolf if he's reading)

A Moment on the Couch with Internet Supervillain: (Being an Internet Critic)

Internet Supervillain- Played by Dillon0909
Dr. Wolf- Played by Dr. Wolf

(Dr. Wolf is sitting on the couch minding his own business when suddenly the door is kicked open. He looked to his left and pauses as he sees a dark green thestral in a hoodie wearing a medical protection mask over his mouth)

Internet Supervillain: Dr. Wolf, Bon Chante, a tip of the hat from the Internet Supervillain. How ya'll doing?

Dr. Wolf: You do know you aren't wearing a hat right?

Internet Supervillain: It's a quote from...

Dr. Wolf: Princess in the Frog. Dr. Faciller a pretty good villain destined to become one of Disney's all time greats as the years go by.

Internet Supervillain: Yeah....(Sounds kinda sad when saying that)

Dr. Wolf: What's wrong? I haven't really seen a thestral in here before. In fact I've never really heard of you before

Internet Supervillain: Well I'm kinda new at this...

Dr. Wolf: At what?

Internet Supervillain: The whole internet critic thing. I wanted to be one of those guys and....oh...

Dr. Wolf: Why did you stop?

Internet Supervillain: (Sits on the couch) You really are that good...

Dr. Wolf: Hmm?

Internet Supervillain: Well the reason why I came here was because I wanted to see if you'd actually make me brave enough to talk to you about my issues with being a very new Internet Critic.

Dr. Wolf: What issues?

Internet Supervillain: Well, one is lack of recognition, but I can kinda see why...I've only started to make videos, and most of them are Vlogs where I complain about wrestling. That's not very creative and it's not very exciting. I wish I was like Spoony where I can make even a Vlog look like it was art.

Dr. Wolf: But you aren't Spoony, you do know that right?

Internet Supervillain: I know and want to be more creative, it's just I lack the means to do so. I wanted to create my own videos get internet fame, and work with my personal idols like you, Mr. Enter, Spoony, Linkara, ect ect

Dr. Wolf: You do know that won't happen over night right?

Internet Supervillain: I know, but all that stuff I said could happen, and that's why I want to do this. I had an idea of what I could do in the mean time while I waited for me to get the proper equipment, but I scrapped that because I was afraid.

Dr. Wolf: Afraid of what?

Internet Supervillain: Afraid I was ripping you, Silver Quill, Ellynora, Commander Firebrand, and Voice of Reason off. You see, I'm a fan of MLP like you are, and I thought that until I could make videos that show my own opinions on the show in that style with my own flair, That is being a Pony Avatar voicing my own opinions about it.

Dr. Wolf: That sounds like it would be okay.

Internet Supervillain: REALLY!? (Sounds really excited) Are you sure? I mean this isn't the most original idea and there's the issue on the character I want to use.

Dr. Wolf: And what issue would that be?

Internet Supervillain: You see I'm the type of guy who likes weird and spooky stuff. I love villains, monsters especially, they fascinate me because I have a theory in my mind that the villain, if your story has one, is the most important character of the story because they drive the plot forward. I also have another theory that every villain is a warning, whether directly or indirectly. I wanted to show that with my character by have a modern type of supervillain look, with the hoodie and the medical protection mask and blue jeans. If I would make a pony avatar I would want it to look like my interests, and my interests and my interests are monsters so I would like a thestral because they still are one of the coolest looking dark creatures in Friendship is Magic

The problem I have Doc, is that people might thing that I'm trying to look, pardon my language, like a badass for the sake of looking like one, which is not my intention and then they'll denounce my video because of my appearance alone.

Dr. Wolf: There is nothing wrong with how you look. In fact I dare say that it's quite original, despite your means of doing so. We have an anthro wolf and a hypogriff as reviewers what's a Thestral to add to the list?

Internet Supervillain: You're kinda going to laugh, but I'm afraid of criticism especially accusing me of being unoriginal. I always am afraid of them when I write for FIMFiction and...and uh...

Dr. Wolf: Go on, what do you do when you get a criticism on FIMFiction since you brought it up?

Internet Supervillain: I try to listen to them, denounce the ones I don't like or I know I won't be able to help over time and move on to my next project. In fact right now I'm trying to finish a trilogy of stories I've written and then write my 20th fic which is primarily out of my comfort zone being that it's a comedy.

Dr. Wolf: Well, maybe you try to apply that logic to your videos whether you are doing things live action or as a pony avatar. You see, it may be hard to believe but even I get nervous whenever I release a new video, because I know my fans are counting on me.

Internet Supervillain: You are?

Dr. Wolf: Every creator is. Creativity is a give or take, we can put all the effort in the world to something, but if people don't like it, it hurts. However, a good creator keeps going despite his short comings. They need to persevere in spite of the risk of criticism, and keep creating or they will never get any better.

Your idea is not as unoriginal as you think either. While yes the Pony Avatar gimmick has been done before, in fact it's the most of the pony analysis community, that doesn't mean your idea doesn't carry weight or that you shouldn't try putting your opinions forward and try to have fun in doing what you love. You may come to find that you enjoy doing things this way and may not want to leave that format when you move on to other projects. However, this won't happen if you don't try. Never be afraid to try new things especially this. Worst case scenario is it didn't work and you move on to other projects, or you didn't like this type of style and want to try something else. If you don't try however, then you don't grow.

Internet Supervillain: Wow you really are that good...

Dr. Wolf: Thank you for the compliment.

Internet Supervillain: I'll leave now Doc...thanks

Dr. Wolf: Question though, that you can answer me, why did you come into my office in the manner that you did?

Internet Supervillain: Oh I promised myself that because of my name sake that my gimmick for crossovers would be me trying to “torture” my collab partner.

(Dr. Wolf winces)

Internet Supervillain: Don't worry Doc, I'll leave you alone this time, next time though. BEWARE! (Leaves while laughing evilly)

Dr. Wolf: (looks confused) Umm...well...it's good to be helping regardless.
