Jurassic World [SPOILERS] · 8:10pm Jun 17th, 2015
Alright, as it says, this is going to be VERY spoiler heavy. I'll black it out for the sake of doing it, but you have been warned.
So the movie takes place back on Isla Nublar. Yeah, that's right, the original island from movie one. I was really surprised about how that island was habitable, but I guess the Dino's from the original park were all dead? Oh well. Chris Pratt is a beast in this movie. He trains four velociraptors not to kill him or anyone. He's amazing.
As can be expected from a Jurassic Park movie, a lot of people get munched, but I'll get to that later. Now is the fun part: the Indominus Rex. Jesus Christ you do not want to meet that thing. It's so fucking smart. It got out literally in the first half hour of the movie by tricking the thermal cameras and pretending to have already escaped! It can also make raptors betray Chris Pratt. Because it's part raptor, of course. I'll be honest, I called the t-Rex and raptor being a part of its DNA. Everything else was just kinda mind numbing because it was literally the perfect monster. It can camouflage, it can hide its thermal signature, it can detect thermal signatures. It's fucking op. It's jaw is soooo wide it's not even fit, as well.
I really enjoyed the movie, to be completely honest. It was scary, it was intense, it was everything a JP movie usually would be. It's definitely not as good as the first, but it's a lot better than 2 and 3. Ok, this may not matter to you, but it matters to me; three of the four raptors got killed. One by a rocket launcher and the others by the Indominus in the final fight, and I was whimpering like a little girl because noooo my babies!!! Velociraptors will always be my favourite dinosaur. No exceptions.
Anyway, I give it an 8.5/10. See it.

There is going to be SEQUELS!!!!!! I'm so fucking happy, cause Henry Wu escaped with the embryos and InGen. So fucking excited man, I cant contain myself, I'm literally shaking with joy.
