Why Staying the Night isn't being updated

Staying the Night chapter 2 is coming. It's just coming very slowly.

The reason is because I haven't been in the right mood to write it recently. If I want a story to be good, I have to be in a very specific mood. For Staying the Night, I have to be spooked or just scared. For a comedy story like Flash Sentry Falls in Love With Himself (coming soon, by the way) I have to be in a funny kind of mood. To help me with that, I watch to Zero Punctuation videos for twenty or so minutes, then I'm good to go.

But recently, getting scared has been really hard to do lately. Now that I have a job, I'm getting home late and going straight to sleep. Since night is often the best time to be looking around for whatever lurks in my room.

So, that's why.

I'm also making this post because it's a slow day at work, and I've got nothing better to do.
