So, I was just checking the site for any new developments that warranted my attention when it occurred to me that I wasn't keeping you, my devoted fans, up-to-date on my progress. As you can imagine, I felt terribly guilty at going completely silent for two weeks, so I thought I'd check in and reassure you all that Chapter Eight is well under way and nearing completion. In all likelihood I'll have it done before the week is out; I anticipate somewhere around Wednesday but don't hold me to that. You can hold me to Friday at the absolute latest, though.
As usual, comments, encouragement, discussion and my personal favorite speculation are all welcome, and will help stoke the fires of my enthusiasm to finish this chapter that much faster.

I cant help but notice that this is predicted to come out on the one day I wont be able to read it (anyone else have that problem with story updates?)

1- Twilight will be boss
2- There will be a political war over the school
3- Before completely succumbing to the nightmares influence, twilight will leave behind an object to act as a "time capsule". This object will either contain or act as a way to restore any memories the nightmare will destroy to protect itself and its secrets. Twilight is smart enough to avoid a repeat of this situation, and this would be an effective form of protection against it.

Vir was the only one who was happy with what he asked for as well, did you notice? Everyone else got what they asked for but they realized it wasn't what they actually wanted.
Great show, loved it so much growing. Nothing else has ever seemed as good to me since.

I actually haven't gotten to Vir getting what he wanted yet; I'm watching the last episode of season three right now. But he's still my favorite character, with Garibaldi right behind him, Marcus behind him, and Sheridan behind them.
But this probably isn't the right place to talk about B5, awesome though it may be.

Um, past Celestia has the power to break to forth wall; due to changes in the timeline, future Fluttershy will turn out to be a tree who wants to be a pony; defeating Darkstar Light will involve the singing of a musical number; Bill S. Preston and Theodore Logan are going to show up at some point...
