The hundredth episode is in just over twenty-four hours. It's been getting ALL the hype. And I'm alongside my friends in my eagerness - by sweet Luna's saltlick, I want this to be a fun one! Who cares about story or pacing? I'm ready for shenanigans!
Just my luck that my apartment's lease is expiring, and I'm spending the next thirty hours moving all my junk from one unit to the next. Silver lining? I'll finally be on my own, in a place I can decorate to my every whim. The clouds around that silver lining? I won't be able to catch the episode live! Or for a long while after it's uploaded, taken down, then uploaded again.
Something like this happened with my last move, too. If memory serves, it was at the same time as the season four premiere, and I was forced to hold off on my fanboying until about five days later. Now I have to hold it in again, but for a milestone for the show? Damn it, I really wanted to see how Button Mash was involved, or the final result of Octavia's mix with Vinyl Scratch. There's also the matter of Derpy playing a somewhat-significant role in the episode, complete with competent lines to speak (!).
Turns out Spike was right to be curious. We can explode twice.
Anyway, I just felt like ranting. I'll be back after I figure out what these big red buttons do. One of them needs to allow me to transfer my 'net service between units. 'Scuse me.
