The state of this "Weekly Updating" story · 4:20pm Jun 10th, 2015
Howdy howdy.
So I've been keeping everyone updated through my normal blog, but I just felt that I should make a post specifically about this story right now while I have the chance. The Poisoned Barb's Tale hasn't been updating as frequently as the first story did. Its first story, for reference, updated once a week every week for about four months. The sequel states at the very top of its description that it would updated in the same manner... but it hasn't, obviously.
This is because I recently graduated college and am now job hunting for a position that will not only help me pay back my student loans but also help me purchase and maintain a new home and a new life.
Needless to say that writing hasn't been on my mind as of late.
That said, its true that I DO have the time to actually write now, and that I could theoretically post something up once a month or something... but I don't want to right now. I don't want to work on this story again until I have the confidence and peace of mind necessary to update it weekly again. I wish to update it weekly so that I can spend the excess time working on bigger stories in the background. New and old; I have plenty of ideas, I just need the time and mental state to work on them. It stinks, I know, but that's just how life is sadly. I don't know when I'll be back in service again, and I don't know if I'll be able to keep up the promises I've made for both this and other stories, but I will try. Lord will I try.
Again; sorry about the delays and whatnot. The next chapter might be a tiny bit rustier then the rest as I try to get back into the grove again, but I promise that I will try to upheld my usual level of quality at the very least.
Until next time then,

Real life comes first, no excuses needed for that.
Good Luck with the jobs and the PUDDING!
Always put your own life first, you don't owe us anything.
We're only lucky to have talented writers like you spending their free time writing words we like at no cost to us.
Good luck!
