Once upon a time, when Sombra was still a unicorn, but already a king, he called forth the eligible mares of the kingdom to pick himself a concubine. Many responded to the call, for Sombra`s descent into madness of evil wasn`t public yet, and many a mare thought herself worthy a royal mate, and he took full advantage of that, spending a whole day to pick the most beautiful out of them.
Finally, Sombra made his choice, and invited his chosen mare into the carriage, issuing forth a command to be brought back to the palace. As they rode, a servant pulling the carriage stumbled, tired after a whole day of carting Sombra around the plaza. Glancing at the servant, Sombra muttered - "One."
The road was long and rocky, and the castle was on the hill, so the servant had plenty of time to stumble again. And certainly, when he did stumble, Sombra`s reaction was to mutter - "Two." When the servant stumbled for the third time, however, Sombra said nothing. Instead, his horn flashed, and hapless servant had been shattered by his spell. Aghast, his new concubine recoiled and yelped - "Why did you do that?"
Sombra glanced at her and murmured - "One."
This little vignette sounds familiar, but I cannot place where exactly I remember it from...
Regardless, I do enjoy how you have adapted these little stories to Sombra. They certainly give him an air of menace. I wish I was a better artist. I would love to illustrate these short little Sombra scenes Ivan Bilibin style.
this is an awesome dark joke! maybe im morbid but it sounds like satire and reads very well!

It`s just ponified jokes. Sometimes, I recall those with particularly black humor and think - "Hey, that`d work." And blammo.
