It's almost as if there are people who don't like nice things.

Hm.

2happy4me

This is why we can't have nice things.

They weren't worthy of your positivity.

they are unworthy, Regi.

People can't stand to see someone else happy.

Because people don't like the fact that you're a nor/mlp/erson...

We's jus real simple peoples m'lord.

Apparently they think true art is angsty.

Did you rip that from TvTropes?

Ooooh!

Eeyup  It does ruin your vocabulary.

Nah, it will make you skip leg day, and arm day, and every day, though. Been troping for 6 years already. :)

>caring about a two follower loss

Such is life in the zone

3131971 the danger zone?

> Checks your follower count.

To be fair, it's pretty hard to take that post seriously. :trollestia:

You must be incredibly vain to notice losing two followers out of nearly 2,000. :trixieshiftright:

Unlike some people who make it this high up, I continue to care about the people who follow me. I lost the follow of someone who I really liked and had followed me for a while just a few weeks ago. It was just one person, but it felt shitty to me because this was someone who had dedicated time to my work.

I'm a bit insulted, to be honest, that you think I'm vain because I care about my followers. It has nothing to do with vanity; it has everything to do with community.

Yeah, we're not here for positivity. Haven't you heard? Emo is all the rage in the fandom now.

There's a kind of nobility here that can't be denied, although I hoped it was obvious that people who unfollow you over a blog post weren't your followers anyways.

Either they so were so disappointed in you that they decided to move on, which would imply (arguably misguided) investment, or they were hardly in it to begin with, so either way it's not exactly a loss.

Love the people who are actually here.

You did use the word faggot in your reply to that guy. Maybe that set them off? :unsuresweetie: It wouldn’t surprise me, what with the unending tide of hypersensitivity nowadays, though my money’s on this just being a coincidence.

3132525 I think its great that you have that kind of attitude with your followers, though, I do think if you invest a bit too much into it it could mess with you a bit. A like to your story, a new follower or favorite, its a personal validation that what you're doing is worth something to someone in this vein, I get how it would bother you.

Different people are put off by different things. Unless you're a personal friend of this individual, I wouldn't dwell too much on it. Nothing good will come from it. You do you, and those who like it will stick around.

Same thing happened to me, pretty much.

SUCH IRONY! LIFE IS NAUGHT BUT HYPOCRISY AND DOO DOO!

We don't come here for positivity, where is the grundge
