Now, Grey became a pony to found PER. He chose his name because of his coat and because he believes he is leading a holy war. Thusly, the rank structure is similar to the crusades. The lowest level, or grunt is a Squire. The next level up, which handles most technical works, medical stuff, and running small ponification teams are the Knights, They also do the grunt work on the high level projects. Above them are the High Knights, which are the ones that handle more sensitive works heads of staff, the runners on their 'top secret'esque works, They lead ponifcation a good number of ponification teams, which have knights leading them. The second highest are they Grand Knights, They head everything. They oversee Top secretesque projects, head instillations, and things like thee deployment and placement of ponifications. Lastly, there is Grey Crusader, The Grand Master. The head. Number 1. Guy in charge, you get the idea. He gives the final say. He lead them to the path of 'rightousness', the Grand Knights hold his word in high regard, but their job (the nine he keeps around for this purpose) is to provide alternatives. The Knights of Nine are in charge of the nine main divisions of PER: R&D, Operations, Spec. Ops., Intellegence, Publicity, Membership, Counter-Hlf, Magical Studies and Medical.

Medical: Dr. Anesthetic (Unicorn M)

Well now this is interesting. A crusader Knight organization, like The Templars.
Nice to finally have some idea of how these guys are structured. Especially since I foresee them being used in some form or another in every other Conversion Bureau story that'll crop up, I'm currently debating going back and changing my inclusion of HLF in my Wyldman story and coming up with my own group, and yes I have ideas heh heh heh. I like the PER in your universe, compared with Chatty's out in the public limelight and able to recruit people out in the open much more easily as opposed to Chatoyance's more shadowy hit and run guerilla fighters and travelling ponification Doctors. (I still like Chatty's just not as much as yours

Anyway I wanted to ask if your PER makes use of any sort of weaponry, in particular Battle-Saddles. An apparatus found in the Fallout: Equestria series that allows a pony to attach weapons to their sides and fire them. A unicorn, especially a trained one could also levitate and use multiple weapons simultaneously, eliminating the need for a Battle-Saddle. And also do your PER guys were any sort of protective barding, I hardly see them attacking an HLF compound and not wearing some kind of protection. Humans with guns are after all a legitimate threat, especially if they're HLF.
Also do you know where I can find out how the HLF are organized? I imagine them to be very de-centralized, with each faction of the HLF styling themselves differently. Some groups being led by charismatic leaders or religious extremists. To bigoted groups that won't allow people of different ethnicities to join their group preferring to create a world without Ponies or different ethnicities. I can even see Human PER supporters setting up a HLF cell so they can kidnap people and let PER forcibly convert them. (I'm a little twisted sometimes

Actually, PER *IS* pretty much as how Chay put it. PER has two faces. One side, they just pass pamphlets, offer potion, bring it to rural areas free medical doctoring and such. Then they have the combative forcibly ponifying side that you know.
As for equiqment? Well, the fighting side has basic armor with the capability to carry ponification gas canisters. Why kill an emeny when you can make them your friend?
As for HLF. Blaze made the TCB universe and the HLF. He then r-o-n-n-o-f-t to never return. As such, HLF has no 'official' structure and none has been accepted or made.
Fun Fact: The rank structure thingy is semi inspired by the BoS.

I have to admit, this is an interesting concept. I definitely need to look up their debut story now. I may not be a big fan of the CB universe in general, but these guys might make for some great villains.
