I posted about this elsewhere but got no traction for it, so I'm gonna put it here as something 'official.'
Over my 2+ years (oh lord it's been nearly 3 years.) of writing this story, I've gone through several editors and pre-readers. Some left because well... I'm insufferable to work with, some left over creative differences, others because of disagreements. Some have stayed! Those ones are great, and some of my editors/prereaders have become great friends.
But here's the thing: I need another one.
Currently I have Sabsy and JustMoth as my editors, and while both are good at what they do, and are good at navigating my moods... I feel they're too close. They know details about the story that come up in the future, and generally have a lot of the under the hood knowledge. This isn't really a bad thing, per se... It helps because they know where the story will go and can help me steer it in the right direction. This is also true of Gamma Deekay, who currently acts as a pre-reader for me. All the people I have helping me with Treasure Hunting know the intricate details.
This is a problem.
I need a pre-reader or editor to read it from the view of the readers, who doesn't know what's coming or my reasons for something. I need someone who I can ask "What do you think this character's motivations are in this scene?" and I can get an answer on what it LOOKS like, rather than what I intend. So that if the two don't mesh well, I can adjust it so that the words on paper look the way I intend them to, without me assuming the reader knows something just because I know it.

Criteria for this position are as follows:
1: Familiarity with Treasure Hunting. Being current with the story and having a good knowledge of it is absolutely required, because I'm getting to the point where I'm going to bring up characters from a half-dozen chapters ago and I need people who will, at least, have a faint memory of them.
2: Patience. As said above, I tend to be insufferable. I'm stubborn and sarcastic and I can be very rude. I rarely mean it in a malicious way and 99% of the time it's directed at myself, but I'm well aware my personality can be... leniently described as abrasive.

On the subject of compensation..........I'll love you a lot? But seriously this would be a pro bono thing because this is fanfiction and I'm poor as a motherfucker.

Hey! Been a reader from day one (i think you might be able to find my comments in the 'forbidden zone' of the first few comment pages). Anyways, while I procrastinate on my own story, requests for art work, and other things, I do like to read. So if you ever want something from a reader's perspective, then I'd happily help take that place (could also do pre-reading and light editing if needed/wanted). I am also very patient, so that wont be an issue.
EDIT: I'm a poor ass motherfucker, too. I know that feel :L
I'd love to help, but sadly I haven't gotten to reading it. Gamma has mentioned it a few times, so I have it as the next story to read. The big problem is that it would take me a month or more of dedicated reading to get chought up, which use to be much easier for me before I started writing on my own story's. The odd part, I'm amazed to just know I can do it, only untill a year ago (I think a year) I hated reading most story's, and truth be told I still do, but I'll tare through a Fo:E story. So once I'm finished with 'Occupational Hazards' I'll get on your story.
P.S. if your ever looking for new stories to read, I got two finished ones. (I'm amazed that I even stated writing in the first place, Thank gamma for that twist of fate.)

Okay, having asked here and elsewhere I've decided on a trial of two people. They will be getting messages either here, or on whichever platform I have their contact information. For those who weren't chosen I assure you there are absolutely no hard feelings.
I appreciate all who showed an interest in it, whether they commented here, or contacted me elsewhere. If I need more help, I'll be sure to add an additional blog post.

Drat I totally missed out on this, I would have loved to help T_T I've pre-read and edited dozens of stories and I love this one! Ah well such is life, maybe next time.
