Announcements: Foalcon Contests, etc.

Let's make this short and sweet (a challenge for me).

I'm hosting two foalcon contests in Foalcon and Foalcon Punch. Currently, we need your votes for which themes to use.

Also, I'm now a proud replacement admin for one of Fimfiction's oldest groups, Applejack! I mostly plan to just help out, hopefully without too much distraction from what I ought to be writing.
