What happened?

I wrote a story. It wasn't anything great, just a really quick one-shot that was made for an English class. I can see many issues that I would change if I had the time (or got off my butt long enough), like the fact that the characters weren't exactly 'in character', odd wording (Funny, right? It's about vocabulary terms), and a rushed plotline.

The response I got was personally astonishing. 12 likes and a follower, not to mention the amount of bookshelves it was added to? And all this in around 9 hours. I am honored that what I (rather foolishly, now that I think about it) thought would be so obscure that only 1 or 2 people would see it has been viewed 101 times already. Thank you all for showing suppourt, and even thanks to the people who disliked it. You are the group I will strive to impress with my mediocre storytelling in the future.

Now, as for another fanfiction: I have no idea if I will ever do another. Probably, if I get another English project, one more will come. Who knows how this will turn out? I'm just in the very beginning of my internet career, what with a very small following on YouTube and only one story. I don't know where I will go next, I'm just glad that there will be people along the way to help me improve.
