So here's the plan, I guess. · 1:51am May 12th, 2015
After letting it sit for a while, it seems the popular opinion is a very close race between dumping my plots* and outsourcing the stories to someone else, with a slight side of "wouldn't mind the dump".
So, I guess with things being roughly equal, I'll go with the infodump option. It doesn't string readers along on a magical adventure on the slippery edge of disappointment, and it still leaves the option of the triumphant surrender of all my promises and determination somewhere down the line. I guess I don't like cutting off my options, even when I willingly decide to do so.
I'll get to that in short order, I suppose. I think I'll start with "My Voice in a Head".
Stay tuned for the riveting tale of the very first story idea I thought up when I discovered ponywords.
You know how they say "your first story will inevitably be shit" to new writers around here?
...Yeah.
I'll make the infodump blog's nature extremely obvious, for those who may wish to keep the hope alive by avoiding it until I possibly relapse into the hell of drugs ponywords.
*get your mind out of that gutter, you don't know what died in it.
I've been getting extremely frustrated with fan fiction lately. Every new story I've tried to read has either been shit or has gone off in directions that don't interest me, and stories that I do like have been dropping like flies. Canis Ezo Kage was cancelled. Gravity's Rainboom hasn't been seen in months. And now this, just to name the most recent loses. I'm starting to question why I'm even still fucking here.
