"So how do we get to your place in Manehattan?"

"Get off the train at Sixth Street, go two blocks west to Bad Gateway, and hang a left. I'm at 502."

I've just read chapter one, and I must say, your story is much better than most of the other "Portal to Equestria" fics out there. I enjoyed your characterization of Twilight, and the depth of etymology with Derpy. I'm excited to move on.

Don't worry, romance is good. Human on pony romance might be a bit more . . . interesting, though.

Chapter Two, done. The contrast between Earth and Equestria is so deliciously complex, and I love your attempts at explanation. I can't imagine trying to explain something like genetically modified produce to, say, Fluttershy. This is a wonderful story, keep it up!
