First off, no, I'm not dead. And no, Cryptic Visage isn't going to go incomplete forever. However, that being said it will be placed on hiatus. I've lost most of my ambition to continue it until I can figure out how to fix the story to avoid the corner I've written myself in. Trust me, you'd hate me forever if I released it with what I've come up with now...
Now then, new news is that I've been hit with a particularly strong urge to write, so I will be starting a new story! However, I need help. I have many different ways this story can go and I feel I could make them all work. But two really stick out to me.
1.) Place the character in Nightmare Moon era and have an M. Knight Shamalangadingdong twist to it
Or 2.) Bring the character to modern day Equestria and have it be a story about him overcoming PTSD.
Now no doubt number 2 can hit some hot topics. And, as I'm not a doctor, I could easily get information wrong. But that's why I'm leaving this choice to my lovely readers! Simply tell me which you'd love to see or even give me your own ideas for where you'd want to see the story go!
