Chapter 2 of A Delicate Balance is mostly done.

Yeah, the meat of it is finished. I'm currently having anybody I can convince to read it look at it so I can finish iron out the kinks before I post it here. I've also submitted the story to EQD, so hopefully it'll be up there soon. If not, chapter 2 might be delayed a bit while I tweak chapter one some more. Hopefully that won't happen (I'd be surprised if it did, given that I got about 8 different people to give decent criticism), but who knows. But in all probability it'll be up within the week unless something disastrous happens.

Also, Kid Icarus Uprising is an awesome game and you should go play it.
