In all seriousness though. I haven't read any of your fics in awhile and this one was actually not a complete waste of my time. This fic kinda reminds me of your old stuff, back when you had less than 100 followers. Yeah, those were good times. Perhaps I am making too many assumptions, because again, I haven't read any of your newest fics yet. Those many assumptions aren't unfounded, but perhaps this fic is proof that you are actually understanding what that romance tag stands for, or perhaps this was just a fluke. I can't say for sure. I'll check out your other stuff, I pray that you won't disappoint.

P.S. The chapter transitions were harsh. The deer last chapter told the main character that Babs was in the Gym, then the next chapter starts with him waiting out in the fire escape. Not a big complaint, but it's noteworthy.

I'm going to say something that could be taken both badly or well. I hope you interpret it well.
First off, he has a point. Many of your stories feature sex or a german/russian accent. But that gives him no right to complain about it. I happen to enjoy many of them. Seeing one without seemed to stun him, although I don't understand why. It's the right of anyone who writes to write in their own style and you seem to favor the topics above. No harm done.
Secondly I can't see why he interprets it as a bad thing that your works hit the featured list soon after release. It shows skill and a dedicated Fan-Base, something that comes with time and hard work.
Third. He was right; you have the occasional unexplainable Phenomenon. But every story has one, and it's not something that is necessarily a bad thing. They add mystique and suspense if used right. His form of alerting you to one (this is rare) that doesn't make sense was way over the top but I suggest you don't let it get to you. He's trying to get a reaction and most of this is proving him right and giving him sick, twisted satisfaction.
I hope this rationalization both calms your nerves and emotions, as well as sheds a new light on his actions. Or, at the very least, shows that there are some people in this world and your fan-base that aren't fanfic crazed lunatics.

They're not all from the same person, and the bottom two I actually don't mind. In fact, I like the second to last one. It's helpful, shows what I did wrong, or what he felt could have been done better, but still has a human feel to it.

Guess I'm lucky to have been spared that kinda crap so far. Hope the bricking goes well though. Anyway if you want to write a story where everyone has a damn German or Russian accent by all means do so. It's not as if the bastards are paying you to right and if they don't like it they can go mate with a cactus. You're the captain of your own ship and no matter what you do, you'll disappoint someone but they're usually idiots anyway. How many followers you have is a testament that you're doing something right. So you do you and brick the ones that won't shut up.
