The results for the 2015 Everfree Northwest Pre-Con Writing Contest are in, and I am absolutely elated to announce that my entry, A Bump in the Road, received an honorable mention! While I may not have secured any of the top three spots or the community choice award, to have my story placed in the top eight out

And by tricks, I of course mean new stories. I've just had a certain blue unicorn on my mind lately, given that I'm writing about her :twilightblush:

I figured I would make this little blog post for two reasons. One, so my followers and anyone else who might care will know that I do intend to write more than one story, and two, so that I can keep track of my own ideas and not forget about them. Listed below are the projects I have planned so far.

- My short story for the Everfree Northwest writing contest, as well as the aforementioned Trixie-related story, will be published in the next few days. Those who've been waiting for me to release a new story (all 1-2 of you) can look forward to that :pinkiehappy:

- A Hearts and Hooves Day one-shot that I wanted to finish in time to release somewhere around Valentines Day. Life had other plans, so now it will be released sometime in the next month or two, but even if it isn't in the appropriate season I'm hopeful that it will still be a fun read. All I will say about it is that it stars Twilight and it's not quite what you'd expect :raritywink:

(Yes, this is the story that will feature a number of OCs from MLPforums users, if anyone who submitted their character is reading this)

- A multi-chapter adventure story featuring a few original characters, including the lovely mare in my avatar. I'm still working out the plot details for this one, so we'll see if it even resembles what I have in mind by the time I start writing it. I'm not sure when you'll be able to expect to see this one yet, but it will likely be published chapter by chapter rather than all at once.

- A sequel to Hearth's Warming Eve in Ponyville to be released during the holiday season. Also one-shot, most likely

- A sort of sequel to the first story on this list. Again, no estimation on when you'll see it, but this one will likely also be multi-chapter

Those are my very tentative plans for now. Since I haven't posted anything since my first story, and have gathered a modest number of followers since, it felt like an update was in order. On the subject of followers, I'd like to thank those of you who are following me. You guys are awesome

Ooh! Consider me one of those "1-2"! :twilightblush:

You know, you're a more ambitious writer than I am, it seems. I honestly don't think I'll ever try writing an adventure story; I'm not creative enough for that genre.

Yay! Honestly I was unsure on there even being 1-2 people waiting for a new story :twilightblush:

Well, I guess I'll see how it goes, but it'll be my first try writing an adventure story. Here's hoping I can muster enough creativity for it.

Well, even though your first fic didn't get that many views it has no dislikes and people only left constructive and possitive critisism. So, EFNW can now be considered another person(s) who is looking forward to your fic.

Well, admittedly I wasn't expecting this post to be noticed by EFNW, even if I did mention it, but I'm also very flattered by the commentary. I know I'm a fledgling writer up against a lot of very talented people, but I hope I can at least enter something that the judges will enjoy reading. Thank you for your kind words and support :twilightsheepish:
