    BronyCon

Hey, I'm at BronyCon this weekend, though I'm posting this on the morning of the final day, and I picked up some inspiration. Terrible inspiration. Like, really bad. Basically, a couple people let me play Twilight's Secret Shipfic Folder with them and I started looking into it for myself. Long story short, it's fun and I am down a whole bunch of moneys. I may write a few of the more entertaining

I am Working on a New Story

This story will hopefully be finished, unlike Lost Spark. I have been undergoing the process of converting Lost Spark into a novel that will fit into a series that I am writing.

    Lost Spark Special Week

This coming week, I will be releasing the first of a series of subchapters in my story. These chapters are necessary for the story, telling what happens to characters other than Spark as he tries to find his way home. The subchapter will be released after chapter 4 and will be called "Subchapter 4.5 Violet." This case will be special as this subchapter in particular is very short, so it will be

    Amending the Amendment

That story that I was working on is titled "The Lost Spark" and is now out for viewing. Weekly updates on Tuesdays until I catch up with where I am currently writing, which at the time of the blog post is chapter 9.5, a subchapter focused on a side character. I am working hard on getting this story out, having reached writer's block on the non-pony story that was working on. I am taking this as a

    An Amendment

This blog will be made as an amendment to my most recent blog post about my new project. I have ceased work on it as I have begun to switch all of my focus to my non-pony centralized writings. The piece will not be deleted from my hard drive and I may release what I did write later with a little something to tell where the story was going to go.

Something Different · 9:40pm Mar 17th, 2015

I've started work on a new project recently. It is going to be comprised of two stories following different characters in different time periods. The common bond that will tie them together is their enemy, a force of darkness with power over dreams and reality. The first part will be taking place more than a thousand years in the past, in the early part of Celestia and Luna's reign, before the conflicts with King Sombra and Nightmare Moon, even before the princesses were well known in their own dominion. It will focus on one character who is canonically mentioned in the show, and if you can't get it from that, I'm sorry, and three characters who will be pulled into the plot forcibly. The second story will be taking place in modern Equestria, and will be taking place shortly after the second Equestria Girls movie.

The style is third-pony limited and it has the spacing that everyone here bugged me about, that whole, skip a line between paragraphs thing. I personally can't stand it as it adds an unnecessary illusion of length to everything, but I see the point that it separates thoughts more visibly. There will be no transitions like there are in the revised chapter(s) KoF, as the each chapter is told by only one character. This will remove any confusion (hopefully, I might just suck at not confusing people) and make everything a teensy bit easier to follow.

As for a release date, I got nuthin'. I'm in the process of writing the fourth chapter, but I still have to run the third chapter by my proof readers (AKA three of my friends that I always hang out with). This will hopefully prevent my horrible confusion with certain words and consistently crappy keyboard (it chooses to ignore certain keys, mostly "Y" but also a few others). The chapter release schedule should look very similar to the schedule for KoF, being Saturdays and Wednesdays.
