I am very curious on how magic, of various kinds, work in Equestria. I have begun my research on the matter. Just wait and see what comes out of my face.

Alrighty, lets start with the obvious. "How does Twilight Sparkles or all other teleportation magic, work?

Well, it is very simple really. Step one; a protective barrier surrounds the caster preventing any kind of damage to said caster. Step two; the caster gets sent near the speed of light through objects rather than a portal. Step three; the caster gets pulled back together. Last step, the protection spell turns off.

The reason I speculate this theory is because in theoretical physics, creating spontaneous wormholes requires an insane amount of energy, plus, the gravitational field would suck in everything between the portals. Which is bad. The only ponies in Equestria that can create actual portals are; Discord, Celestia and Luna because of their power.

Sure there are many theories regarding how teleportation works, but not all put into consideration of how much energy it would require to do magic if it was possible. It is just easier to protect the atoms and launch them through objects for teleportation.
