Taking a break to reassess. · 5:31pm Mar 10th, 2015
After reflecting upon my most recent chapter of Host Of Souls, I've realized that the chapter wasn't my best work. I realized that I was just trying to get the chapter over with and therefore ended up rushing it, which I hate when my work is rushed and half assed like it was here. I wasn't in the right mindset then, but have recently gotten clarity. As a result, I've put it on hiatus for the time being while I try to fix the problems of the chapter. Don't worry though. I'm not abandoning the story. I'm still doing work on the next chapter and intend to simultaneously work on the alterations. Also, I would like to thank everypony who helped my other story The Needs Of The Many to reach 500 views. See you guys whenever the next chapter is ready and thanks again for the support.

Eh, I wouldn't go that far. I still stand by the first chapter and even some parts of the second, but there are still the parts of the latter that I realize are really weak and rushed. 
What I'm going for is more along the lines of editing the second chapter to make it stronger. With that being said, nothing is really going to change with my original story layout. Just yesterday, I knocked out a huge chunk of the next chapter and, aside from slight edits as it gets closer to being published, it'll stay pretty much the same. The editing for the second chapter, on the other hand, is going to be much more extensive and drastic. So no. It's not a complete rewrite, just alterations meant to improve the quality of the overall product.
