Hello everyone. For those seeing this blog, it may come to a sad note to what is happening.
I may be canceling akatsuki in Equestria
I know you all may be super pissed at me for doing this. I am upset as well since I was getting into probably my favorite part of the story planned. Of my writing this is probably the one I enjoy the most. I get a thrill planning the action sequences and timing them with the music. And I love seeing fans reactions to what I did and the crazy cliffhangers I leave.
Unfortunately here's the problem.
I just don't have time for updates with life becoming more serious in my career. And the story itself is huge. I am at 90K words. From what I had planned, I realized it would take another 150K to finish my story. Yeah, that long.
Another problem is the content. Naruto I always liked, but as the manga began to close, I grew really disappointed in the story. So much stuff was getting thrown out the window and stuff being made up just to make it bigger annoyed me. The war just never ended in the manga.
Not only that, I've lost much interest in Mlp now too. I don't really enjoy it like i used to. I don't get thrilled by reading or watching things related to the show. Maybe moving on?
Now the thing is while some Of you may want to try and continue, I would only trust a very few authors with enough skill and experience, and before that I am not sure I would give this away.
If anything I can give a detailed explanation to what happens in the rest of the fic.
Or if people really want to see this continue, updates can be sent to me to work on too and I can publish them.
So please forgive me for bringing this news to you, and will bring more tomorrow for my other fics.

Take a hiatus dude. Unless you see no real desire to finish it, you should never give up on your work.
That's a shame
But at least you're doing well in your career. I'd possibly take the story under my wing, but I'm rarely interested in Naruto and I already have three stories to deal with

Such a shame that it might be cancelled! Well, you did well! It was good while it lasted.

Take a break if you need to, mate. Maybe the next season will pump you up again maybe it won't.
