Hey all, just wanted to apologize for the heinous lateness of the newest chapter. I've been working on Stories on and off for about three years now, and as it turns out, writing the same characters and plot can get a bit tiresome after a while. In January, after I finally put myself back together after my life collapsed in late 2014, writing Stories was seriously starting to feel like a chore, and my writing got really perfunctory because I was just trying to get it out of the way, so I took a break for a while without telling anyone. Since then, I've produced two new short stories (non-pony, so they haven't been on the site) and started brainstorming a new novel to work on in parallel with this one. Anyway, the good news is that after my hiatus I'm itching to get back into stories, and am currently working on finishing the latest chapter. It's currently sitting at about 10k words and may end up being the longest chapter I've done to date, so it could be another week or two until I'm done, but I just figured I'd let everyone know, it's coming.
