New Contest: Whose Line is it Anyway?

Yup, it's the first contest of 2015.

Since I'm devoting most of my attention to school and the first couple chapters of 'Ages and Ages More,' I think I've found a fun way to keep the intrigue of 'Changelings' going strong.

I'm going to post a line of dialogue from some upcoming chapters of 'Changelings.' No context, just dialogue. Your job, my faithful followers, is to tell me the following;

1. Character that says the line.
2. Context/Situation the line is spoken in. Be imaginative!

As with previous contests, you can do as few or as many of these as you want. Points will come to those who are most imaginative.

First Prize: One first prize winner will receive a specially written by request one shot, 1000-2000 words. This is the first time I've offered to do this. They'll also be sent the never before seen plot details for the never written story 'Apple Pet Sematary.'

Second Prize: Two second prize winners will be sent the never before seen plot details for the never written story 'Apple Pet Sematary.'
